Description

VIA Lab’s VL320 is an USB Type-C Power Delivery (PD) 3.0 for sink side controller with highly integrated function for DCU (DC Connector Upgrade) applications such as Fans, Lamps, Electric Shaver, Smart Speaker, Cordless Phone, Wi-Fi Station, etc. VL320 integrated NMOS drive for VBus load switch, VBus discharge, over voltage protection, also support thermal detect with external NTC and also build-in CC1/CC2 short to VBus protection with QFN-20 4x4mm package.
