VL171 - 4x6 Crossbar Switch

VIA Lab’s VL171 is using crossbar switch between 4 lanes DisplayPort source input and 2 lanes USB 3.1 host input to USB-C connector, for Mux switch signal performance supports up to USB 3.1. VL171 integrated internal low drop regulator with 3.3V supply voltage, and using QFN-28 3.5x4.5mm Green package.

  • VCC = 3.3V ± 10% single power supply
  • Low power consumption with 2.3mA active and 12.3uA shutdown
  • High DC common mode voltage supporting to 2.0V
  • 28 pins QFN 3.5 x 4.5mm package
  • ESD > 2KV, CDM > 500V
  • MUX
    - Insertion loss: 1.8dB @ 5GHz typ.
    - Return loss: 12.5dB @ 5GHz typ.
    - Crosstalk Isolation: 40dB @ 5GHz typ.
    - Off Isolation: 26.9dB @ 5GHz typ.
